Simpson, 28, Cheshire, possession of a drug abuse instrument, 10 days house arrest, ordered to submit to a probation assessment to include substance abuse evaluation and evaluation for drug court and one year reporting probation. Simpson also pled guilty to an FRA suspension charge and was fined $250.

Johnny K. Shaffer, 40, Gallipolis, theft, sentenced to 90 days in jail or 90 days of inpatient rehabilitation, one year reporting probation and ordered to submit to a probation assessment to include substance abuse evaluation and evaluation for drug court. Shaffer also pled guilty to possession of a drug abuse instrument and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served concurrently with theft sentence.

Matthew C. Cook, 27, Milton, W.Va., criminal trespass, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $50.

Jason D. Martin, 37, Gallipolis, disorderly conduct, sentenced to nine days in jail, credit time served, one year probation.

Christian D. Forgey, 25, Bidwell, OVI, sentenced to three days in jail, fined $675, one-year operator’s license suspension.

Mian L. Herman, 29, Gallipolis, OVI, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $900, one year operator’s license suspension, ordered to submit to probation assessment to include substance abuse evaluation, mandatory treatment, one year probation.

Keith B. Lamm, 50, Bidwell, domestic violence, sentenced to three days in jail and 10 days house arrest, one year reporting probation, ordered to submit to probation assessment to include substance abuse evaluation.

Stacy M. Barker, 41, Gallipolis, OVI, sentenced to three days in jail/work release or driver intervention school, fined $675, one-year operator’s license suspension, one-year probation.

Michael J. Casey, 29, Bidwell, OVI x 2, sentenced to three days in jail, fined $675, one-year probation, one year license suspension. On January 23, a warrant was issued for Casey for violating probation.

Vanna J. Johnson, 27, Crown City, obstructing official business, sentenced to 17 days in jail/credit time served, one year reporting probation, fined $50. A warrant was issued on January 23 for Johnson’s arrest for probation violation.

Brandon A. Campbell, 33, Gallipolis, two cases of theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail with seven days credited for time served and 173 days on the condition of successful completion of rehab. Ordered to attend Cardinal Recovery Rehabilitation. One-year reporting probation. Ordered to pay $35 in restitution and $50 fine. A notice of probation violation was recorded on January 23 for failure to complete the rehab program and failure to report to probation.

Andrea F. Crawford, 31, Patriot, theft, sentenced to one day in jail/credit time served, ordered to attend Point Treatment Center, ordered to submit to a probation assessment to include substance abuse evaluation, one year reporting probation, fined $25.

Thomas A. Polcyn, 35, Gallipolis, attempted assault, sentenced to 21 days in jail/credit time served, one year reporting probation;

Zachariah A. Russell, 22, Bidwell, assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended on the condition Russell enter an inpatient rehabilitation center and successfully complete the program, one-year reporting probation, ordered to submit to a probation assessment.

Russell D. Sargent, 39, Bidwell, drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days in jail/credit time served and non-compliant suspension, fined $250 and sentenced to 36 days in jail.

Juan A. Rodriguiz, 36, Pt. Pleasant, W.Va., disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit time served and 28 suspended, one year reporting probation, fined $50, no contact with the victim.
