GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – Smith Family Healthcare will open its doors on June 19, 2017.
The new practice is owned by Dianna Smith and her daughter; Kayla Zerkle, both are nurse practitioners.
The practice will offer primary care, mental healthcare, addiction treatment, including Suboxone, Naltrexone and other medications, along with abstinence based counseling options, massage therapy and counseling.
Smith said of the new venture, “As lifelong residents of Gallia County, we are pleased to provide a facility that can offer medical, mental health and addiction services all at one location. Ever since my daughter Kayla became a Nurse Practitioner, I hoped we would someday have the opportunity to work together and that we would be able to open our own practice, so being able to do so through SMITH FAMILY HEALTHCARE, LLC, is an honor and privilege. Providing after hours and weekend coverage is just one way that we want our patients to know that we understand the different needs of those we hope to serve!”
